Roast Shoulder Of Lamb

Ingredients
  Lamb shoulder 4 1⁄2 Pound (1 Piece)
  Rosemary sprig 1
  Onion 1
  Butter/Lamb drippings 1 Tablespoon
  Carrot 1
  Water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

Lay the buttered shoulder on a bed of rosemary.
Add the onion, carrot, and water.
Bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours, basting from time to time.
