Vegetable Meat Dish
|Lean ground beef||1 Pound, browned and drained|
|Onion||1 , chopped|
|Potatoes||4 Large, peeled and sliced|
|Canned vegetable beef soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
Brown ground beef and onions; drain.
Place potato slices in lightly greased casserole.
Spread ground beef and onions over potatoes.
Pour soup over top.
Cover and bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes.
Remove cover and continue baking 25 minutes.
