Lamb chops with lemony apple glaze is a fruited lamb recipe. Grill cooked with a an apple jelly, lemon juice and steak sauce baste, the lamb chops are savory and deliciously different from anything you have had before!
Ingredients
  Apple jelly 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice from concentrate 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Steak sauce 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lamb loin 8 (1 Inch Thick)
Directions

In small saucepan, melt jelly; stir in and steak sauce.
Heat through.
Grill or broil chops as desired, basting frequently with sauce.
Refrigerate leftovers.
