Gluten Free Holiday Thyme Turkey Gravy

  Drippings 1 Tablespoon (From The Roasted Turkey)
  White wine 10 Tablespoon (1/2 Cup And 2 Tablespoon)
  Water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Chicken bouillon 5 Teaspoon
  Fresh thyme 1 Tablespoon, chopped
  Heavy cream 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Flour mix 2 Tablespoon (Gf)
  Butter 3 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste, ground
  Freshly ground pepper To Taste

# Pour the turkey drippings into the medium saucepan. Add the white wine, water, chicken bouillon and thyme. Over medium- high heat, bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.
# Meanwhile, whisk together the cream and GF flour. Gradually whisk it into the broth mixture. Bring the gravy to a boil, whisking constantly.
# Reduce the heat and simmer, whisking constantly, until gravy is thickened, about 10 minutes. Adjust salt and pepper to taste.
# Just before serving, whisk in the butter
