|Quails||8 , prepared|
|Butter||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), softened|
Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
Truss or close with small skewers.
In an ovenproof dish, place quails.
Brush with softened butter.
Season with salt and pepper.
Cook in oven 30 minutes.
Remove quails from oven.
Coat with hot sauce.
