Little Meat Loaves

Ingredients
  Egg 1
  Italian seasoning/Poultry seasoning 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Evaporated milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soft white bread crumbs 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Instant minced onion 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Seasoned pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Orange marmalade 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs) (For Making Glaze)
  Bottled browning sauce 1⁄2 Teaspoon (For Making Glaze)
  Vinegar 1 Teaspoon (For Making Glaze)
Directions

Mix together well all meat loaf ingredients.
Shape mix into 4 individual loaves.
Place loaves in shallow 2 quart baking dish.
Cook in Radarange oven 10 minutes, turning dish 180° at 3 minute intervals.
Carefully turn loaves over halfway through cooking time.
Mix together glaze ingredients, brush or spoon over tops and sides of meat loaves.
Cook in oven 2 minutes, turning dish twice.
Let stand 5 minutes.
