Meat Stick

Ingredients
  Minced mutton 250 Gram
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Coriander powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , chopped
  Green chili 1 , chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm)
  Caraway seed 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cardamom powder 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Ginger 1⁄4
  Chili powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Coriander leaves 4
  Fenugreek leaves 1 Tablespoon (Fresh Or Dry)
  Ghee 1 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Grind the mince twice.
Add cumin seeds, onion, chilli, garlic, ginger, coriander leaves and fenugreek, and grind for the third time.
Add the rest of the ingredients and shape the mixture into sticks.
Grease a heavy frying pan and arrange the sticks on it side by side.
Use a shallow dish half filled with water to cover the frying pan.
Place on a low fire for about fifteen minutes.
Remove the lid and turn the meat sticks.
Cover again, adding some more water on the lid.
After about fifteen minutes the sticks will become quite soft.
