|Chopped dill||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Fresh / Dried)|
|Fresh marjoram||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Tarragon vinegar||1 1⁄2 Teaspoon|
Combine the spinach, herbs, lemon juice, egg and seasonings in the container of an electric blender.
Blend at high speed ten seconds.
Immediately reduce the speed to low and add half the olive oil in a slow stream.
Stop the motor and add the vinegar.
Blend at high speed and immediately add the remaining oil in a steady stream.
