Oil Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Sugar 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Vinegar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Paprika To Taste
Directions

Make sure all the ingredients are at room temperature.
Beat egg yolks with sugar, salt, vinegar and mustard, until thick.
Add the oil drop by drop at first and when it begins to thicken add it a little faster.
Add seasonings to taste.
This can be made with a rotary beater, hand beater or in the electric blender.
The mayonnaise can be thinned with lemon juice or vinegar.
