Mustard-Tarragon Mayonnaise

Devour this delicious and easy to prepare Mustard-Tarragon Mayonnaise. It is pretty good enough to be served as a sauce for parties and get together!
Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Dry mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped tarragon leaves/1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crushed 1 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice/Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Salad oil/Olive oil 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
Directions

Put egg yolks and remaining ingredients except oil in blender or bowl.
Beating slowly, begin adding oil drop by drop and then in a slow, steady stream until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
