|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Chopped tarragon leaves/1 teaspoon dried tarragon leaves, crushed||1 Tablespoon (Fresh Ones)|
|Lemon juice/Wine vinegar||2 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil/Olive oil||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Put egg yolks and remaining ingredients except oil in blender or bowl.
Beating slowly, begin adding oil drop by drop and then in a slow, steady stream until the mixture thickens and becomes fluffy.
