Green Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Oil mayonnaise 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Tarragon 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh parsley 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Fresh chives 2 Tablespoon, chopped
  Grated onion 2 Tablespoon
  Fennel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Mix all the ingredients together and add the fennel if necessary.
Add salt and freshly ground black pepper this is served with cold boiled fish or fish salads.
