|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Evaporated milk||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Salad oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄8 Cup (2 tbs)|
|Evaporated milk||4 Tablespoon|
Blend together dry ingredients, add 1/4-cup evaporated milk and beat with rotary beater.
Add 1/2 cup. oil, a teaspoon at a time, beating well after each addition.
Add vinegar gradually, beating constantly, then add remaining oil and 4 tbsp i evapo rated milk and beat thoroughly.
