Bring eggs to room temperature.
Combine dry ingredients.
Blend in egg yolks.
Add vinegar; mix well.
Add 1 teaspoon oil at a time, beating at high speed until 1/4 cup has been added.
Add remaining oil in increasing amounts, alternating last 1/2 cup with lemon juice.
Add an additional tablespoon of lemon juice to vary the flavor.
Beat in hot water to take away oily appearance.
