Herbed Non Fat Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Nonfat mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped fresh parsley 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Plain non-fat yogurt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, cut in to chunks
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), quartered
  Dried thyme leaves 1 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Place mayonnaise, yogurt, parsley, onion, mustard, garlic, and thyme in a food processor or blender.
2. Process until smooth.
