Egg And Shrimp Mayonnaise
|Mayonnaise||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Curry powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Hard boiled eggs||6|
|Shrimps||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Fresh Or Frozen)|
|Buttered brown bread slice/Bread rolls||6 , thinly sliced (for serving)|
Combine the mayonnaise, sour cream and curry powder and chill for 1 hour.
Shell and cut the hard boiled eggs in halves and arrange rounded side up on crisp lettuce.
Fold the shrimps into the mayonnaise and spoon over the eggs.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Serve with rolls or thinly sliced buttered brown bread.
