Mayonnaise (Old Fashioned)
|Salad oil||150 Milliliter|
|Mustard powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice/3 teaspoons white vinegar||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
Put the yellow of the egg in a small bowl. Add the salt, sugar and mustard powder. Mix thoroughly with a wooden spoon.
Add the salad oil, half a teaspoon at a time, beating all the time with a wooden spoon.
When all the oil is absorbed, add the lemon juice or vinegar.
Store in a refrigerator.
