Mayonnaise (Liquidiser Preparation)

Ingredients
  Whole egg 1
  Salad oil 150 Milliliter
  White vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Mustard powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Pinch
Directions

Place all the ingredients (which should be at room temperature) in the liquidiser and churn for 1 minute.
If the mixture is not as thick as desired, turn again to maximum speed, remove lid and pour a little oil.
Store in a refrigerator.
