Easy Homemade Mayonnaise
|Sugar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|All purpose flour||2 Teaspoon|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Eggs||2 , beaten|
Combine first 4 ingredients in a saucepan; blend well.
Gradually stir in water and vinegar.
Add eggs, beating well with a wire whisk.
Cook over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil, beating constantly.
Cover and chill.
