How to Make Spicy Cilantro Lime Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lime 1⁄4 , juice extracted
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Cayenne pepper To Taste (or chipotle, chili powder or anything you like)
  Hot sauce To Taste (tobasco or sriracha)
  Salt To Taste (if required) (Optional)
Directions

GETTING READY
1. Wash cilantro and pat it dry. Chop it finely and set aside.

MAKING
2. In a small mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, cilantro, and lime juice.
3. Add black pepper, cayenne pepper, and hot sauce in it. Taste and add salt if required. Mix well.

SERVING
4. Spread lime mayonnaise on sandwich and serve immediately.
