Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  White vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Egg 1
  Regular salt 1 Pinch
  Dry mustard powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In blender , add vinegar, egg, salt, and mustard powder. Blend to combine.
2. Pour olive oil, and beat until thick.
3. Pour it in an air tight container, and pop it in the refrigerator.

SERVING
4. Spread mayonnaise on sandwich, and serve immediately.

TIPS
Mayonnaise will remain fresh for about 2 weeks in refrigerator if stored in an airtight container.
