1. Halve the jalapenos lengthwise and deseed them. Halve each half, again.
2. Using a food processor, chop the Jalapenos very finely.
3. In a blender, put the mayonnaise and the jalapenos and the salt and pepper to taste. Blend to a smooth paste.
4. Serve as a dip or use as a sandwich spread- just like normal mayonnaise.
