|Curry powder||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salad oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Place egg, curry powder, salt, garlic, lemon juice and 1/4 cup oil in blender container; blend on low speed for just a few seconds.
Add remaining oil in a slow stream, blending on lowest speed until smooth and thickened.
Chill until ready to use.
