|Flour||7 Cup (112 tbs)|
|Vinegar||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Oil||3 Cup (48 tbs)|
Combine flour, salt, sugar and mustard in top of double boiler; mix well.
Add 3 cups water gradually; place over boilihg water.
Cook, stirring constantly, until mixture begins to thicken.
Cook, covered, for 10 minutes.
Cool to lukewarm; pour into large bowl.
Add eggs, vinegar, lemon juice and oil; beat until light and creamy.
