Egg Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Egg yolk 1 (From A Standard Sized Egg)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Mustard 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Oil 1⁄4 Pint
  Vinegar 4 Tablespoon
  Hard-boiled eggs 4
  Paprika pepper To Taste (For Garnish)
  Green salad 1 Cup (16 tbs) (For Serving)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a mixing bowl, add egg yolk and seasoning.
2) Stir in oil, drop by drop. Stir constantly until smooth and thick.
3) Take 4 plates and place hard boiled eggs on them.
4) Coat the eggs with mayonnaise.

SERVING
5) Garnish egg mayonnaise with paprika and serve green salad.
