Mayonnaise Substitute

Ingredients
  Low fat cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Vegetable oil 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Dry mustard 1 Dash
  Paprika 1 Dash
  Salt 1 Dash
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

MAKING
1) Take a blender container and combine together all the ingredients in it.
2) Process all the ingredients in it until smooth.

SERVING
3) Use the Mayonnaise Substitute in place of your regular mayonnaise for making your favorite dishes.
