Ingredients
  Silken tofu 5 Ounce (120 Gram)
  Water 1 Ounce (30 Milliliter)
  Oil 1 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard seeds 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Blend all the ingredients and make a smooth paste.

SERVING
2. Keep it in the fridge and use it instead of mayonnaise with sandwiches, salads, vegetables etc.

TIPS
If you want it to be thicker use less water.
