Mayonnaise Using Wine Vinegar

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Dry mustard 1 Pinch
  Wine vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Olive oil 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Sunflower oil 1⁄4 Pint (150 Milliliter)
  Boiling water 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a food processor, add egg yolks, mustard, little salt and wine vinegar. Vlend at the lowest speed.
2. With the machine running, add oil gradually. Once the mixture thickens, add the oil more quickly.
3. Further, add boiling water and blend for a few seconds.

SERVING
4. Use as required.
