Soy Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Soya bean powder 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sea salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Vegetable oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1) In a large mixing bowl, add the vegetable oil.
2) To this, stir in the soya bean powder.
3) Gradually add the remaining ingredients, stirring constantly.

SERVING
4) Use the Soy Mayonnaise as required.
