|Egg yolks/Whole egg - 1||2|
|Powdered mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
1.Take a small deep bowl, put egg yolks along with salt and sugar.
3.Gradually add vinegar and continue blending.
4.Put 1 cup oil, slowly 1 tablespoon at time and continue stirring.
5.Put lemon juice and add the remaining oil as done earlier.
7.Use as a spread or a dressing.
