Special Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cayenne pepper 1 Dash
  Hot water 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Cider vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Special oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Nonfat dry milk powder 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1.Combine salt, mustard, paprika, water, vinegar and lemon juice and blend using a mixer.
2.Combine oil and dry milk and blend.
3.Once done, remove the mixture from the sides of the blade.
4.Put the oil mixture in vinegar mixture and blend well until smooth.
5.Refrigerate in a jar.

SERVING
6.Use as desired
