|Silken tofu||5 Ounce (Use 1/2 Block)|
|Extra virgin olive oil||2 Tablespoon (May Be Part Extra-Virgin)|
|Olive oil||2 Tablespoon (May Be Part Extra-Virgin Type)|
|Fresh lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground black pepper/Pepper / several splashes of tabasco / other hot pepper sauce||1 Dash|
|Garlic clove/1 tablespoon chopped scallion bulbs||1 Small|
Place all of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whirl until smooth.
Add a tablespoon of water if the mayonnaise seems too thick.
Covered and refrigerated, Tofu Mayonnaise will keep for about a week.
