|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Salad oil/3/4 cup salad oil and 1/4 cup olive oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Boiling water||1 Tablespoon|
In a food processor fitted with a plastic blade, or in a blender, combine egg, seasonings, vinegar, lemon juice and 1/4 cup of the oil.
Process until thoroughly blended.
Slowly add remaining oil, drop by drop, blending until all oil is used.
Blend in boiling water.
Makes 1 1/4 cups.
