Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon (Leveled)
  Oil 1⁄4 Pint
  Lemon juice/Vinegar 1 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1) Mix egg yolks, salt and lemon in a blender, blending for 2 seconds.
2) Slowly pour in oil and blend at low speed.

SERVING
3) Use as required.
