Chicken In LemonCaper Butter

Ingredients
  Butter 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Canned sliced mushrooms 6 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Frying chicken 3 Pound, cut up
Directions

MAKING
1) In a skillet, place all ingredients except chicken and allow to come to boil.
2) Add in chicken and bring again to boil.
3) Simmer, covered for 30 minutes until chicken is soft, tossing several times.

SERVING
4) Serve hot.
