|Prepared mustard||3 Milliliter|
|Granulated sugar||3 Milliliter|
|Cayenne pepper||1 Pinch|
|Lemon juice||15 Milliliter|
|Olive oil||170 Milliliter|
Blend the mustard, sugar and pepper together.
Beat in the egg yolk thoroughly, add the lemon juice, blending completely.
Beat in the oil a few drops at a time until the sauce is very thick.
