|Sweetened condensed milk milk||13 Ounce, can|
|Dry mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|White vinegar||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
In a bowl mix salt and mustard with a little vinegar until smooth, gradually stir in remaining vinegar, condensed milk and cream and mix until fully blended, then chill.
