Ingredients
  Mayonnaise 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Sour cream 2 Tablespoon
  Finely chopped dill pickle 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh parsley 1 Tablespoon
  Chopped fresh tarragon/1/4 teaspoon dried tarragon 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Chopped fresh chives 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Anchovy fillets 1 , finely chopped
  Capers 1 Teaspoon, drained and chopped
  Dijon mustard 1 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, pickle, parsley, tarragon, chives, anchovy, capers, and mustard; stir until well blended.
Cover and refrigerate up to 24 hours.
