|Water||2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)|
|Apple cider vinegar||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Salt||1 1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Powdered mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Fresh lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|Non instant milk powder||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs) (Mild Flavored)|
Combine all ingredients except milk powder and vegetable oil in a blender. (Do not use a food processor,it does not produce the desired result for this recipe.) Blend until smooth.
While blender is running, add the milk powder. Keep blender running while vegetable oil is added, pouring the oil in slowly, in a thin stream.
Chill. Can be refrigerated in a covered container for up to 3 weeks.
