Lemony Mayonnaise Seasoned With Dijon Mustard
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dijon mustard||1 Tablespoon|
|Vegetable oil||240 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Olive oil||60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)|
|Ground pepper||To Taste|
Process the egg, lemon juice, and mustard until blended, about 1 minute.
Combine the oils and with the motor running drizzle through the feed tube in a slow, steady stream.
(When the mayonnaise begins to thicken, the oil can be added more quickly.) Season with salt and pepper.
