Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Apple cider vinegar 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Sunflower seed oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Curry powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

Using an electric blender, process egg yolks until thick.
Add vinegar and blend a few minutes longer.
Gradually add oil, then lemon juice, salt and curry powder.
Process until smooth and thick.
