|Apple cider vinegar||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Sunflower seed oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Curry powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
Using an electric blender, process egg yolks until thick.
Add vinegar and blend a few minutes longer.
Gradually add oil, then lemon juice, salt and curry powder.
Process until smooth and thick.
