Cajun Mayonnaise - Part 2 of Cajun Burger

Try this tasty dish from American cuisine, I am sure you wont regret.
Ingredients
  Red pepper 1 Teaspoon, grounded
  Cayenne peper 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Chili powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

MAKING
1. In a medium bowl add in the mayonnaise and beat well.
2. Add in remaining ingredients and mix well with the spoon.
3. Cover the bowl with saran wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes.

SERVING
4. Top Hamburgers buns with ham patties, mayonnaise, tomato and lettuce. Serve with low sodium ketchup.
