Fried Green Tomatoes With Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Green tomato slices 16
  Eggs 2 , whisked
  Black pepper powder 1 Teaspoon
  Chilli powder 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Cumin powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Rice flour 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

For Garlic Mayonnaise:
Make your normal mayonnaise. While making it, add 6 crushed garlic cloves and 4 crushed green chillies. Use sour lime juice instead of vinegar.
Mix the tomato slices with the pepper, chilli and cumin powders and salt.
Mix the eggs and milk.
Roll each slice in the rice flour and dip into the egg and milk and then roll in the breadcrumbs.
Deep fry in hot oil. Drain and keep warm.
Serve with the garlic mayonnaise.
