|Condensed milk||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|White vinegar||4 Tablespoon|
1. Place condensed milk in a bowl and beat well.
2. Add mustard, salt and pepper.
3. Add oil 1/2 teaspoon at a time and keep beating continuously. Keep in a cool place, covered, until required.
