Instant Mayonnaise Blender Style
|Lemon juice||2 Tablespoon|
|Dry mustard||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Cayenne pepper||To Taste|
|Vegetable oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
Put first 6 ingredients in blender container.
Cover, switch on motor for just a few seconds, stop, and remove cover.
Start motor and add oil gradually, with motor running.
If mixture thickens adequately, stop with 3/4 cup of oil.
If still fluid, add the full cup.
Blend only until thick and smooth, and then stop the motor.
