Fruits Of The Sea Mayonnaise Ring

Ingredients
  Lemon jello 200 Gram (1 Package)
  Boiling water 1 Pint
  Mayonnaise 1⁄2 Pint
  Whipped cream 1⁄2 Pint
  Chopped chives 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped pimientos 2 Tablespoon
  Capers 2 Tablespoon
  Sea food 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Dissolve jello in a scant pint of boiling water.
When cool, add mayonnaise, whipped cream, chives, pimiento, and capers.
Marinate the shrimp, crab, lobster in a red dressing 1/2 hour before serving.
In the meanwhile, pour jello mixture into a wet ring mold.
Just before serving time, unmold ring, fill center with sea food.
Garnish with tomato cubes, hard-boiled egg, asparagus tips, or any desired garnishing.
