Tomatoes With Mayonnaise Topping
|Mayonnaise/Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Instant minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Prepared mustard||2 Tablespoon|
Cut tomatoes in half crosswise; place on glass serving platter or baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Combine mayonnaise, mustard and onion.
Spread on tomato halves.
Sprinkle with paprika.
Cook, uncovered, 3 to 4 minutes or until topping begins to bubble.
Let stand a few seconds to distribute heat.
