Tofu Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Tofu 15 Ounce
  Plain nonfat yogurt 6 Tablespoon
  Plain non fat yogurt 6 Tablespoon
  Vinegar 3 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. In food processor, combine all ingredients except oil until smooth.
2. With motor running, slowly drizzle oil through feed tube until mixture is creamy.
3. Refrigerate in covered container. (Mixture thickens when chilled.)
