Mayonnaise is an ingredient to many recipes. Watch the video and learn how to make it at home.
  Egg 1
  Egg yolk 1
  Oil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Corn/Olive/Salad)
  Mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Sugar 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon

Add all the ingredients in the eggs except for the oil.
Beat the mixture well and add oil. And beat again.
The texture of the mixture is thick now. Add more oil and keep beating for thick texture.
The mayonnaise is ready.
