|Dry mustard||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil/Salad oil||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Lemon juice/White wine vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
Beat egg yolks in small bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Combine and add dry ingredients.
Add the oil drop by drop, beating constantly.
When mayonnaise begins to thicken, add lemon juice or vinegar.
Add remaining oil in a very thin stream, continuing to beat.
Store in the refrigerator.
