Homemade Mayonnaise

Ingredients
  Egg yolks 2
  Dry mustard 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt To Taste
  Cayenne To Taste
  Olive oil/Salad oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice/White wine vinegar 3 Tablespoon
Directions

Beat egg yolks in small bowl of electric mixer, at medium speed for 4 minutes.
Combine and add dry ingredients.
Beat again.
Add the oil drop by drop, beating constantly.
When mayonnaise begins to thicken, add lemon juice or vinegar.
Add remaining oil in a very thin stream, continuing to beat.
Store in the refrigerator.
