|Dried thyme||1⁄10 Teaspoon|
|Dried chervil||1⁄10 Teaspoon|
|Dried summer savory||1⁄10 Teaspoon|
|Dried marjoram||1⁄10 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable salt||1⁄3 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable oil||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
|Cider vinegar||3 Tablespoon|
1. Put all the ingredients, with the exception of the oil and vinegar, in the container of an electric blender or food processor and blend or process until smooth.
2. While still blending or processing, add the oil, 1 tablespoon at a time, until the mixture thickens. When 1/2 cup of the oil has been used, add the vinegar. Add the remaining oil very slowly.
